Our Guarantee and Promise
We want to be your lifetime partner for dental health. As a result, we offer limited dental warranty for the investment you have made in preserving your oral health.
-We will replace or repair your veneer, crown, bridge (the same kind) at no extra charge to you for 3yrs
-If a veneer or onlay is damaged or decayed to the extent that a crown is necessary, the full fee originally paid for the veneer or onlay will be applied towards the new crown. You will pay only the difference.
-We can not predict, if and/or when gum or nerve treatments may be required on the covered tooth. If needed, they would require additional fees.
-We will repair or replace Sealants for a period of 2 years from the placement date
-We guarantee to have an appointment available to all emergency patients within 24 hours. Monday-Thursday.

Your Role in the Partnership
You must visit our office for a minimum of 2 (3-4 if we've recommended more visits due to gum condition ) times per calendar year for cleanings and professional exam and Xrays.
Complete (in our office) all recommended treatment in the quadrant (quarter of the mouth the tooth in question is in), all within a one-year period. Gum infection and bacterial decay spread from tooth to tooth. Your path to optimal health requires a comprehensive approach to care.
